Vibratory Tooling - A new way to shape edges

Vibratory tooling introduces relative speed between the material and tools regardless of material linespeed. Scarfing/skiving becomes possible with good finishes down to zero material speed. Also, pullthrough forces are geatly reduced at low speeds. Pressfeeding and slitting lines, tubemills, slow rollformers and fourslide machines use this technology.

    EC1/EC2VGTMF AND EC3VGTMF MODULES

These electric vibratory tool modules are available in 30 watt, 100 watt and 150 watt sizes. They are adaptable to protractor frame or side mounting for variable angle beveling or side mounting profiling.
